The renovation work has finally started. The house is about to get a makeover.
The project is huge and it will take some creativity to fit all of my wishlist within the budget I have. So far, most contractors who saw this place have given me "competitive" quotes which are outside my budget; I would not have any room for a profit. But I think I can make design choices and put some sweat to make it look as beautiful as I envision it with the budget I have.
